What we build
Self-custodial wallet software for the web and mobile, with swaps, staking, markets, a multi-chain explorer and Web3 connectivity built in.
Coinmidco exists because most people meet crypto through an account they do not control. We think the first experience should be the opposite: an app that is pleasant to use precisely because nothing stands between you and your own money.
Ownership should be technical, not promotional. “Your keys, your crypto” is easy to print on a landing page and hard to honour in an architecture. Our commitment is structural: the recovery phrase is generated and used on your device, and there is no mechanism by which we could move funds from your wallet, because we hold nothing that could be used to do so.
Standards beat exclusivity. A wallet that traps your phrase in its own format is asking for trust it has not earned. Coinmidco follows BIP39, BIP44, SLIP-0010 and EIP-1193, so the phrase you write down today restores the same addresses in any compatible wallet tomorrow. Portability is the point.
Clarity is a feature. Fees are a flat 0.3% on swaps and nothing else. Staking terms state their release date before you commit. Rate figures are described as variable because they are. Where a product carries risk, the page says so in plain language rather than in a footnote.
Small surface area, fewer mistakes. Every feature we add is a place where a user can be confused or a key can leak. We would rather ship fewer, sharper tools — swap, stake, track, explore, connect — each doing one thing well.

Ship open-standard derivation, keep interfaces honest about risk, and answer support questions ourselves — including the awkward ones.
Take custody, hold a master key to customer funds, offer investment advice, or promise a return on anything.
Product questions, account features, or something that looks wrong in the app.
Found a vulnerability? Please tell us first and give us a chance to fix it before disclosing publicly. Include reproduction steps if you can.
The wallet is free to try and importing an existing phrase changes nothing about it.
